Cozy, peer-led discussions of Jewish (or Jew-ish) short fiction in community members' living rooms. Wine and light dinner snacks provided. Read the story in advance, come ready to talk! Join us for one session or all four.
This month: Franz Kafka, "Before the Law"
A man waits at the gate, seeking entry, and the gatekeeper says "not yet." In just two pages, Kafka captures a lifetime of waiting and profound questions about law and belonging.
