Membership Registration for 2022/2023 - 5783

We are delighted that you are joining or renewing your membership in Congregation Eitz Chayim!
Every member counts in our community. We rely on members to participate in so many ways. Your contribution of membership dues helps assure the stability of the Jewish community we know and love.
For the first time in several years, our Board has made a small increase to keep up with expenses.

Membership Dues for 2022/2023 - 5783:
$2,760 for 2-adult family
$1,490 for individual or one-adult family
$470 for students
$ -0- for first year school families paying tuition

Congregation Eitz Chayim welcomes members regardless of ability to pay.  
If dues present a financial hardship, we encourage a guideline of 2% of gross income. The minimum pledge is $18 per person or family.

Your membership includes High Holy Days tickets for adult members and their children under age 26; members also receive discounts on additional High Holy Days tickets.

Membership dues to Congregation Eitz Chayim are tax deductible charitable contributions.

Please bear in mind that once you submit this form, the financial committee counts on the revenue for the fiscal year's budget.
Please consider paying the suggested amount, if possible.
Congregation Eitz Chayim is sustained financially by membership dues, donations including the annual campaign, and rental income. The sustainable contribution per member family is actually $3000. If you are able to contribute more at this time to offset costs and members who pay on a sliding scale, it would be much appreciated.
