You may wish to make a tax deductible donation for any one of many reasons – for your annual membership or school fees, in memory of a loved one, in honor of a person or event or perhaps in gratitude for recovery from an illness. Maybe it’s “just because.” Whatever the reason, Eitz Chayim thanks you for your contribution!
If you are paying a balance on your account, please select Payment is for account balance. If you are making a new donation, please select Payment is a donation. Select the donation type or fund of your choice from the drop-down menu.
Your payment will be processed via credit card. You can select to pay the full amount now or spread the payment over any number of months through the end of the fiscal year, June 30th. You can select your recurring payment date. For multiple payments, your credit card will be charged monthly for the number of payments you select.
It is our tradition to thank our donors in our newsletter. If you wish your donation to remain anonymous, please indicate your wish in the Payment Notes section below.
If you wish to dedicate your donation, please make sure to fill out the dedication information at the bottom of the screen.
Upon check-out, please consider including the credit card fee to your contribution. We greatly appreciate your help!
