Shabbat Dinner 25-26 Registration

Congregational Shabbat Dinners at Eitz Chayim
September 5th, November 21st; January 30th; May 29th
Dinners begin at 5:45pm and are immediately followed by Shabbat services at 7pm.
Dessert will be provided at the oneg following services.

Use this form to register for all four Shabbat dinners this year at a discounted price per ticket: Adults - $25, children under 10 - $12.50
"A la carte" price per ticket: Adults - $30, children under 10 - $15
~ children 2 and under always free ~

"A la carte" registration for each dinner will open approximately 3 weeks ahead of time.
